Encore Pro upgrades

Hi everybody,

Due to a problem with my PC I am having to re-install Encore Pro from scratch. However I went to the link to download the updates for it and now its password protected.

It's kind of silly that we are sold the software but yet can't get updates for it. Is there an alternate source for these? My base install is 1.4i Rev 4 which I believe I purchased through CPAP.COM

Does CPAP.COM possibly archive these for us?

when I bought encore pro 1.4 from cpap.com it came with a cd rom that can be used for reinstallation

if you really bought it then check your collection of cd's

Guest, I think you misunderstood. Our CD-ROMS are version 1.4. There is an update to ver 1.5, but the Respironics site on which others say they used to be able to download it is now locked for only distributors.

1.5 is needed for an auto bipap otherwise 1.4 will do from what I understand

Yes, there is an alternative place to get the 1.5v for free. It has been made available to us by Joe_0206 in a zip file:
