s9 does not shut off automatically

turns on properly after breathing into mask. When removing mask in the morning...doest not turn off. (nose pillow heated type) ideas???

Could it be that your machine is in the cool down phase? I am assuming you are using Auto on/off feature?
I don't use that feature, but my S9 has a cool down period when I turn it off. After the cool down it does shut off by itself.

Thanks for reply. Yes it goes into cool down but at full pressure, not the normal reduced pressure

Mine did that when I had the type of mask set wrong, might check that...
