I wrote in another post that I have been able to use this mask reasonably successfully with a high pressure (17) to seal, when I had a lot of difficulties with other masks.
I still am finding however that the exhaust port is extremely noisy. So noisy that I think it is making me awake at times. I switched back to the original ResMed Quattro and found almost no noise.
I can't figure out why Respironics would have such a poor design as to make it that noisy.

I don't know. I tried a mask one time that was the same way. Luckily I could trade it back to the DME. It was horrible.

Actually I used it again today and it is not the exhaust port, but actually noise from turbulence inside the mask when I inhale.
