If your therapy is improving your health but you're not doing anything
to see or feel those changes, you'll never know what you're capable of.
I made my last ride of 2011 Fri.
It has been the best year of cycling, in my life.
I was only a few miles short of my 6K mile goal for the year.
That's ok.......gives me that much more incentive to
go above and beyond this year.

It's the stretching every morning,
it's the yoga and core workouts when it's snowing and frozen outside,
it's eating healthy....most of the time......
it's that desire to "want it"

...but above all it's cpap.....
letting the sweet wave of sleep come in and
giving my body a chance to utilize all of the above things,
healing my brain so I know "I want it."
It is my biological clock running backwards.

Cpap has become the most stable and
anticipated force in my life.

It can never be said enough.
Carolyn/Johnny, thank you!
cpaptalk, thank you!................

I'm headed out for the first 2012 miles,
so, I'll be seeing you all on the road.
"If your therapy is improving your health but you're not doing anything

I said that.
