Happy Holidays everyone.
I've been using a Philips System One since August very successfully. However, I travel a lot and it's a bit of a pain dismantling everything each time I travel. Also over the Christmas period, there was the inevitable need for a post Christmas lunch nap and shared driving over long distances.
It would have been great to have a smaller portable machine, no need for a humidifier to have in the car (as a passenger) or to have a quick nap here and there.
If I was to buy another machine, either a duplicate System One, could I use the same memory card to capture compliance data (when I sleep in the hotel or on a long haul flight for example). Or if I bought a smaller machine, what happens with the compliance data it captures?
I bought my original machine myself but have since found my NHS (UK public health) sleep clinic provides the same Philips Respironics models. But if I went for something smaller by a different manufacturer, what would happen to the compliance data?
Any help would be gladly received.
Chris

Re: Multiple CPAP machines and compliance
After the initial period of proving compliance, do we need to worry about it? I'm a newbie and thought that after the first proof of compliance for the insurance company, no one cared. I'd be interested to know the truth about this. Thanks for bringing up the subject.

I'm based in the UK and the DVLA (Driver Vehicle Licensing Agency) ask for your compliance data to make sure you're not a danger on the roads (I think - please correct me if you're from the UK).
