Climate line tubing for Resmed?

Post by JulieKalber » Fri Dec 23, 2011 4:09 am

Is it worth buying the climate line tubing?
I am getting condensation in my mask.

I use the Climate line hose and think it works good, at least i don't have rain out. If you are experiencing rain out you could try a hose snuggie ( hose cover). also do a search on the forum for rain out there are some good tips on other threads.

Julie.. I had tried a hose snuggie, and they do work to some extent, but it also made the hose more cumbersome. The climateline works wonders and I never have to worry about rainout. With the snuggie, I would still get it at times.

I agree with Perrybucsdad. Have had no rainout since getting the climateline.

My hubby and I have climate lines. We love them. No rain out. Very comfortable. We think it is worth it.

My machine doesn't have a heated hose feature option. I have fought rain out for the past 2 winters. I bought a stand alone heated hose last month and I am completely thrilled with it. Wish I had done it 2 years ago.

You will be glad you decided to get the Climate line heated hose. With your machine it has a lot more settings available than mine does. Mine is either on or off...but I am still pleased with mine.

I have climate line tubing and do have rainout but not enough to wake me. My old heated hose with my F/P used to have to be emptied of water in the morning.

My climateline also warms up my nose on cold nights.

I forgot that added bonus. I don't have ice cube nose anymore.

Yes, yes and yes! Can you tell I love mine? I also use a Hozer hose suspension system and love the combo. I didn't know how much I would appreciate the Hozer until I started using it.

Good luck!

I love the ability to control the temp in the hose and avoid rainout.
