Supplements - worthless for all uses unless you have a vitamin or mineral deficiency which cannot be correct by eating a proper diet. Vitamin and mineral deficiencies should be diagnosed by your doctor.

Exercise - is a wonderful thing. The right amount and right type of exercise at the right time of day can improve sleep.Too much exercise and exercise at the wrong time of day can interfere with sleep.

Exercise will not treat sleep apnea. Use a CPAP.

Actually there is a direct relationship between sleep apnea and obesity and both food supplements and exercise can help reduce obesity which can have positive results for sleep apnea, but of course not for serious cases of sleep apnea where CPAP would be a must to have.

I am very much interested, but as far as I know there really isn't any supplements to help with OSA. There maybe supplements that help one sleep, or help you with energy and fatigue during the day, but as far as treating OSA, I have only heard of one supplement, and I don't remember the name of it, but it had very dangerous side effects, and I think most of the liturature on it was bunk!
I use a multivitamin, vitamin D, Omega 3, Co-Q10 when I can afford it. That was is very expensive. I have used a brain support formula a few times, that I thought I got some possitive effects from.
I have tried the supplements for energy like ginseng, but they don't affect me.
I am currently trying to find info on adrenal fatigue. Seems like the alternative community believes in it, but the Medical community doesn't.
It makes sense to me that the adrenals could not be working at 100% efficency.
I have found that I have low vitamin D so I am treating that.
I also have low testosterone which I have been treating with a transdermal patch, but I got my results back and testosterone was only 101 and it needs to be around 300 to be considered on the low sideof normal.
So I am off to see a specialist. I hope that some of this stuff will pan out to help with my energy crisis and my depression, but only time will tell.
