Sleep managment Solutions

Post by detcord » Tue Dec 13, 2011 6:46 pm

With the sometimes DME complaints I see on here, I just have to give a big thumbs up to Sleep Management Solutions. My insurance has contracted with them as a service provider for us hoseheads, so not really a DME, but a very responsive company. I had problems with my PR System One turning off, starting on Saturday night. The on call logistics guy called me Sunday AM, and very quickly, and with no muss, fuss or bother got me a new machine on the way. After hearing some of the DME horror stories, is nice to have a real person call me and consistently follow up with me. Thanks Richard, where ever you are, greatly appreciate it.

They are horrendous. I have now been on hold for 33 minutes and counting.
