First time using Nasal Pillows
First time using Nasal Pillows
I tried a set of Swift nasal pillows last night and I think I am in love. So much more comfortable that my Quattro. Still working on the solution for mouth breathing as the tape did'nt work as well as I planned. Oh and need to train my brain that putting tape on mouth does not = your suffocating me!

You might check http://www.chinupstrips.com. I find them easier to use than the tape. They have a sample pack for $10.00 so you can see what you think about them.

Re: First time using Nasal Pillows
Moat, one way I have been training myself to keep my mouth closed is with a pillow. NO, I don't have my wife place it over my face and press down, but that might work.
What I do is since I am a stomach or side sleeper, I get a small extra pillow, and after I lie down, I position it so that it presses up against my chin in the closed position. Doesn't completely prevent me from opening my mouth, but I don't think anything short of super glue will. It has helped me immensely and I don't need to wear any silly contraptions that my beautiful wife may mock me for (not that she would ever do that... but the dogs might.).
