hI,
can anyone tell me how to adjust the ComfortFull mask nose bridge piece? It looks like you should just be able to pull out the two side pieces and slide it up and down, but it doesn't seem to want to pull out. I don't want to force it I'm not sure it looks good to break it after one day.
Thanks
Liz
ComfortFull mask ADJUSTMENT
I can't help much, I'm a mechanic and never figured it out for sure, but I don't read instructions either. I did break mine at the lower strap catch at 2 weeks, I got a new mask, but repaired the old one in 4 hours with epoxy.
I had it 4 weeks and it broke at where the nose piece hooks on, I have repaired it with Hot Melt Glue, so now it isn't adjusted right and is now solid.
I checked my new unused mask, At the top of the mask where the headrest hooks on, there are two curved plastic areas Left and Right at eye level. Pushing in on them both at the same time allows the head peace to move. try it with the mask off. The two places to push have a spring action, when pushed in the head piece can be moved. Do not tighten the mask too tight, mine was when it broke.
Most people don't like this mask but if you try you can make peace with it, I have.
