S8 Autoset II Data

Post by tjk55 » Tue Dec 06, 2011 8:09 am

Greetings,

Does anyone have an idea why my machine stopped recording data? The machine is otherwise working properly but won't display any data. The machine has been working great since March of 2009.

Thanks for your help,
Tim

Tim, do you mean there is nothing whatsoever on the LCD screen? That would make things quite difficult. IF on the other hand, it doesn't display just DATA like leaks, etc. maybe you can get a RESMED card and download the data to look at at a later date. But sounds like you have quite a challenge; sorry I can't help. Hope somebody else has ideas. earl

One of our other forum members had the same thing happen to his S8 machine and he had the smart card with card reader and still no data at all even using the software. He ended up getting another machine as it could not be repaired.

Time to contact your machine supplier. It is probably out of warranty though so you may need to get insurance involved to get a new one if this is the case with your machine.

You might try unplugging the unit and re-booting it after a few minutes. This has worked for other machines.
