Larger Water Reservoir for S9 Elite?
Larger Water Reservoir for S9 Elite?
My new S9 works great and I am certain that the System One which it replaced had something wrong with the electronics, either of these machines should have worked just fine for me. I'm finding that the water reservoir for the humidifier is a bit small and wondering if a larger version might be available. For certain there is one with a removable lid, that, I found on their website. If I sleep a full 8 hours the water is almost depleted and I don't want to experience the fried sinus again. Thanks!

I hear ya with that one. I have come across the same issue from time to time. I have to keep my setting to no higher than 5 if I want to get through the entire night. Maybe we should suggest it to ResMed, but my thoughts would be how would they do this and keep the form factor the same? Wider humidifier maybe??

I use my S9 autoset with climate line and set the temp. I never run out of water. I would try increasing the humidity in the room if you are using it on auto.

Both tanks hold 14 oz of water, more or less. They hold the same, but one is a royal pain to clean.
I keep a little dial hygrometer next to my machine.
If the humidity in the room is below the 'comfort zone' it is likely it will be very low by morning.
I have an ultrasonic humidifier that I may set up in the bedroom when the numbers get too low.
I already have the distilled water--to do it right.
Last winter, I would run out about 3 or 4 A.M, and the nasty smell would wake me up.
