Changed my Pressure

Good Morning,

My doctor put me on 10 cm H20 for my pressure, but I after using it for a week my AHI was always over 30.... when I got the study, my nose was not "sick" and I was able to breath better, but on most days I can't breath through my nose. Well What I did was changed my pressure to 11 and the AHI went down to 15 and I changed again few days ago and I get only 0-3 average on night.... Will my doctor say anything about this or... should I change back to 10... I feel fine at 12 and no effects at all.

My sleep doc gets upset when I change my pressure. But, "frankly my dear I don't give a dam".

You are doing a successful job of self titration. Some doctors don't mind while others get quite offended. I would just call the ofice and leave a message about what you've done. If you doc won't support your efforts to optimize your treatment I would have a heart to heart or get a new doctor.
