Being new to all this stuff I have been reading many posts. I see that apparently there seems to be some king of programme to read what the machine has picked u-p.
I have limited computer knowledge and was wondering if this software would be appropriate for me considering that I have no idea what the results of same would mean.
Thanks for any ideas
Graphs etc.
Re: Graphs etc.
Yes, it would be something worth learning about, and there are tons of information on software, the reports, etc on the site.
It's important because the software tells you if you're having leaks in the mask or hose, it lets you know what your AHI is (apnea/hypopnea index) and more. Otherwise you have no idea how you're doing other than the subjective 'how do you feel'. With the software, if you're not feeling better, you can see the reports which may provide some answers and help you and your doctor hone in on some solutions.

Thinking of quitting CPAP?
No problem, here's the first thing to do when you quit:
Advanced funeral planning. When you give up CPAP, you'll probably need it.
