Thank you from a newbie

Hi All,
I just wanted to thank everyone here for sharing your knowledge and stories. It has made my journey that much easier and I have found more information here than from my doctor.
After writing off my car by falling asleep whilst driving and loosing my licence, I was thankfully diagnosed with sleep apnea. I say thankfully as I'm glad I have a treatable condition and it explained why I was feeling so terrible for the last 2 years or so.
Since starting CPAP treatment 10 days ago I have begun to feel better. No big bursts of energy but subtle differences let me know there is light at the end of the tunnel.
So thank you guys, for taking the time out from your busy lives to post on here. It has been so valuable to me.

One of the nice things about this group is that we know we are not alone. Best wishes to you for continued improvement in health and restfulness.
