How do I add my equipment to my profile?

I know I have seen this information on different posts but at the time wasn't sure of the exact equipment I have. Now that I know what equipment I have I cannot find the instructions.

User Control Panel link top left
Profile tab
Edit equipment tab
Please choose display as text. If you use an image we can't see model type as they all look alike.
