I slept NINE hours last night, NINE!

Nine hours? Nine! Really? Yes! I just can't believe it and had to share. NINE HOURS! I seriously did not think that was possible. AHI 1.8 with mainly centrals which is odd but I will take it.

That is AWESOME!!! I hope that I can get to that point in the future. 9 hours with a 1.8 AHI is really phenominal!

Good for you I remember my first 8 hr + night on cpap with no trips to the bathroom... I couldn't believe it.

Cuda, that's super!

The centrals that made up your CA index of 1.8 (nice and low anyway) could have been perfectly normal centrals. Holding one's breath while turning over during sleep can get marked as a central.

Hope you enjoy many more nights of plenty of good breathin' sleep.

I'll bet you felt wonderful today. Please say that is so!

Obviously, you don't have the need for bathroom breaks. I am sleeping better, but still wake to go. Don't understand it.
If only the folks with sawdust for brains were as sweet and obliging and innocent as The Scarecrow! ~a friend~
