PR System one is saying time for a checkup

Post by jeremiahchub » Fri Oct 21, 2011 7:45 pm

the screen is displaying "It is time for a checkup" when I turn it off when I wake up... How can I fix this considering I don't want to deal with the DME who erased it on me last time? Help Please

Thank you

It's meaningless. It's just a note the DME set it to display after a certain number of days.

Does it actually interfere with anything? Beep? Make you press a button to acknowledge it?

By the way, how long have you had the machine?

You can go here to find the "clinician's manual" that will tell you how to delete that reminder.

According to the provider manual you can go into the Provider mode Reminder setup screen and turn the reminder off or change amount of time for reminder...30 day...60 day....etc.
So from the clinical setup mode you should be able to open Reminder and turn it off.

What did it do when the reminder came up? Beep, flash a message, make you push a button to make the message go away, etc.?
