Results of 1st night on S9 autoset for her....

Post by WalkingZombie » Thu Oct 20, 2011 7:19 pm

Pugsy is going to post my graphs that I sent to her to decipher for me, because I wanted to share them with all of you. For a little bit of background, here are the findings of my sleep study:

The total recording time was 483 minutes of sleep for a sleep efficiency rating of 76%. The sleep onset latency was 71 minutes, and no REM was recorded. The percentage of time in each stage of sleep is as follows: Stage N1 23% (compared to 5% normal), Stage N2 66% (compared to 45% normal), Stage N3 6% (compared to 20-25% normal), Wake 12%
A total of 342 respiratory events (22 obstructive apneas, 0 central apneas, 4 mixed apneas, and 316 hypopneas) was noted for an apnea/hypopnea index of 54. The baseline oxygen saturation on pulse oximetry was normal averging 93%. The lowest oxygen saturation during study was 84%.
The EKG showed an average sleeping pulse of 97bpm. The arousal index was 40 and there were 211 arousals associated with respiratory events.
Limb movement index was 2.3

Ok, so Pugsy will soon post my graphs for me after my first night on my new S9 autoset for her...
