Newbie reports on second morning of therapy 1

It's 9:30 Saturday morning and I just woke up from 10 hours of sleep after my second night of therapy. I see 320 transactions have already occurred on this forum prior to my waking this morning. Looks like I'm in good company. The server is limiting the size of the message I can post. The rest will follow in several parts.
