3 Month checkup, doc says I'm doing great

Post by scottjf8 » Wed Oct 12, 2011 9:39 pm

Saw my sleep doc today.... he said my therapy is doing great... I'm 3 months in, but really only about 3 weeks in with the perfect mask.

He also asked me about the Padacheek... he'd never seen it before... imagine my surprise!

My average AHI is under 1 and my leaks are way down. I'm finally starting to feel better, and I'm off the meds to help me sleep.

Yeah!

That is fantastic, Scott. Glad to 'hear' that it's working for you. Hope you continue to improve.

Congratulations!

I'm envious, after 4 months into it, my AHI's still go from 5 to 20 and I cannot figure out why such disparity. I'm sure there are others who've been waiting even longer to get there.

Enjoy your success and keep up the good work!
Thinking of quitting CPAP?

No problem, here's the first thing to do when you quit:

Advanced funeral planning. When you give up CPAP, you'll probably need it.
