Yes, Im using Swift FX pillows mask with really good results. Im on a sleep machine thats an Adaptive Servo Ventilator which can ramp up to a pressure of 24. It treat's both obstructive and other complex breathing problems. Most nights I have near zero leaking. Consider the surface area to leak is almost nothing ! dan

I use the Aeiomed Headrest @ 18/15 but I also modified the Headrest and use a homemade headband made from knee panythose to keep the pillows from blowing off my face.

I think the closest you will come for a lightweight nasal pillows is the Swift FX. At least that would be my choice IF I couldn't get the Headrest any longer.

obtw - I started with the Flexifit 431 then the 432 both leaked terribly. But you can use the same headband trick with that too. The idea is not to tighten up the straps any more but to keep a light pressure (just enuff) to keep the mask from moving away from your face. Take one finger and lightly press in the middle of the mask. That's what you want, just enuff pressure to stop the leaks.

Good Luck
