I've Had My First Day of ZEST (in a very long time)

Post by slumberer » Thu Feb 09, 2006 2:29 pm

I'm not talking about a new experience with a brand of soap; I'm referring to my first day in years where I have an incredible amount of energy. Last night I tried my new interface (Aura nasal mask) and, though it was loud, fell asleep...switched to my Ultra Mirage after about five hours...and woke after 7:39 minutes of deep sleep.....vivid dreams, etc... Had my lowest AHI (0.1) and feel like a million dollars. 100% compliance and thoughtful participation with my therapy through monitoring my progress using Encore Pro, MyEncore and helpful advice from folks on this forum have really made a difference.....THANKS!!! : ________________

very nice! feels good, doesn't it?

Next thing you know you'll be tearing out entire bathrooms in your house and rebuilding them.... don't ask me how I know.

Or hosting a tech session in your drive (timing belt and water pump replacement on a Miata) in the morning, tearing down and installing 75' of new fencing including all fence posts in the afternoon, hosting a dinner party for everyone who was there to help and kibits, then going into the office at 9PM for 8 hours, getting home in time to get less than 2 hours sleep, then packing a suitcase for a 7 day trip.

I hope you guys are right. Before I got my CPAP I still had enough energy to start these projects... maybe now I'll get some energy to finish a few of them.

Welcome to the club!
Your comments brought back memories of that first morning where it was good to be alive and NORMAL......as the others have said, the bathroom is under reno, the walls are resurfaced in the ceiling in the living room, books have been read, jokes made, love made...etc etc.....
