Where do I type the great pillow exchange- on cpap.talk or the internet. When i use cpaptalk it just takes me to the place where people have already posted. So, i'm not understanding how to get to the site. Thanks

Go to this thread and make your offer to trade. This is where most of us go first. It is an ongoing thread.

Members who have been around and utilize this will often go here first. If you don't have a response in a couple of weeks. Repost it there. Not everyone will have something to swap now...it might be in a couple of weeks or months even. Mediums are highly sought after...Lots of people want those. Also not as many Swift LT users as Swift FX users it seems.

If you keep your offer in the Great Pillow Exchange it has greater chance of being spotted by someone wanting to trade.
If you have a single post here....it quickly gets moved off the front page and out of sight.
