Is it because you're sleeping better or because you're fighting insomnia? I'm new to cpap and I'm also now fighting insomnia. They are unrelated as the insomnia started before the cpap, but it's still poor timing. I'm having trouble sleeping anyway, and now I'm supposed to wear this contraption and sleep too, when I can't even sleep without it? Frustrating!

It's not a gimme. It takes effort on your part.
Well worth the effort.

And you might also want to read through the link in my signature about taming the cpap-induced insomnia beast.
