Why only 1 forum?

Post by Paul Van Dyk » Sat Sep 17, 2011 5:50 pm

Is there only 1 forum now on this board? The only one I have access to is the one called, "CPAP and Sleep Apnea." When did that happen? No sub forums?

Since I've been here (June) I've only seen the one forum so I don't know what it was like before. However I read a post somewhere by one of the admins that it's kept like this on purpose to make it easy for the foggy-headed, sleep deprived (and perhaps older-and-not-so-computer-friendly) sleep apneatic to come and post and get help. The fewer the hoops to jump through the easier it is to ask questions, especially when in that state of mindlessness. I believe that's also why a guest can post without having to register.
Thinking of quitting CPAP?

No problem, here's the first thing to do when you quit:

Advanced funeral planning. When you give up CPAP, you'll probably need it.

Me too

Well no, sometimes I wish they had a section just for noobs. Ya know, a place where they could ask the same questions over & over instead of searching or reading. Someplace where they could do intro's too. Yea that's the ticket.

I wouldn't be bragging in one apnea support forum about being kicked out of another apnea support forum.

Getting kicked off that board may be something you SHOULD brag about.

I wasn't bragging. I just laughed. Maybe I should have used this emoticon My posts kept getting censored around a certain issue and what I was saying wasn't breaking any of the rules at all.

One forum to help them all
One forum to find them
One forum to bring them all
And through the nighttime heal them
