Is there a way I can turn on EPR myself? Or it there like a special card they insert into the machine to update settings?
Thanks!

I believe you can only have this option when the machine is set in CPAP mode. Have you tried that yet?

Yes you can turn on epr with the right access to clinical menu.
As Sir C has said, you can only activate EPR in cpap mode.

The machine is in CPAP mode. If I press the two buttons besides the up/down arrows it brings me into efficacy data and user data. I don't see any other menu choices beyond these two that points to any settings.
Thanks

you need to clinicians menu. Push and hold the left hand button and the down button together for a few seconds and you get the welcome to the clinicians menu come up. Play with that and you will find what you want ... but do bare in mind you can change all you settings in that menu .. so make a note of what you have to start with so you can get back to it if you need to.

OOPPS I mean the right hand button and the down arrow ... I was checking it out upside down plus I'm dyslexic ... well that's my excuse anyway

It worked
But now I am confused. The DME said that EPR is off because the script didn't call for it. But the EPR menu says 3
Welll shoot, that means no more relief that what I have been getting!
Nice DME, but didn't fully set the machine up per the script?

Sir C - I believe you were right anyway.
IIRC my past tests showed that unlike the S7s which only access the C menu when right button + down is pressed (as per the photo), the S8s will access the C menu if *either* the left + down buttons or the right button + down buttons are pressed.
Cheers
