My auto is set 9-16, my prescription is 10. Over a two week period my AHI have been between 8 & 10 per hour. Any suggestions on getting my AHI lower.
thanks

Re: Question on AHI
AI=? HI=? If lots of hypopneas, increasing the lower pressure tends to reduce the hypops. If you have a lot of leak, the data is suspect.

Re: Question on AHI
You don't mention whether of not you have the smart link module installed for your machine. If not, you should get one and install it as well as the software on your computer so you can look at the details of the data. Smart link provides the ability to download therapy data to an SD card which can be read on your main computer. If you do this, you'll be able to look at the various type of apnea events that are occurring and then be able to think about what changes in pressure might do.77Godspeed wrote:My auto is set 9-16, my prescription is 10.
