I am a little over two weeks in and my therapy is going better than expected from the “can I do this” aspect. I now want to know how I am doing statistically speaking. I am using a Phillips Respironics BiPAP Auto with Bi-Flex (REF 750) machine. It does have a removable SD card that it is using to collect data. The info that it provides me from the user interface looks very, very basic/generic.
Is there a software product that I can put on my home computer to produce useful reports from the data downloaded from this machine’s SD card? If there is software available, where do I acquire it, how much will it cost and how do learn how to use it?
Thank you in advance…..
Help Needed Understanding Software
Re: Help Needed Understanding Software
there's a few choices of software (got to love choices don't you?)
1.) Encore Viewer... provided that you've got a 32bit Windows computer to run it on. Purchase at cpap.com
2.) Encore Pro... have to ask and you could get a pm about it
3.) Sleepyhead... open source written by jedimark (depends on how techy you are whether this is an acceptable option or not... it's still in alpha mode).
4.) Onkor... not sure if it'll handle Bipap or not

And you still need a card reader to transfer the info... and not just any reader, but check on Cpap.com under the machine itself for more information...

He's got a PRS1 machine. Almost any USB SD card reader should work, and most reasonably modern PC's have them built in.Julie wrote:And you still need a card reader to transfer the info... and not just any reader, but check on Cpap.com under the machine itself for more information...

Re: Help Needed Understanding Software
Thank you to each of you that responded to my question. I think that I will try Sleepyhead and see if it works for me. I am not a techie but I can usually make Windows programs work. Thanks again....
