I forgot, in my previous thread, to ask how long it took you to see good results from your cpap etc therapy?

It's all individual on how long it takes. Even with the best of "numbers" it can take a long time. I replied to your other thread. The number you stated is not even near mediocre. You want that AHI to be less than 5 at the very least.
23 AHI is not much improvement from your initial 30 something AHI. You won't ever feel any improvement with a 23 AHI.
