These are a typical night. I would like your interpretations and advice. There is an amazing number of snores I think.
I had blue tape on me this night, and no muffler on the hose.

LOL.... my goodness, yes, a LOT of snores. Now, without the full report to see, I am guessing....but I'd say this could be a result of your pressure being too low to stent open your throat to prevent snoring. However, some of these may be just noise from your hose rubbing against the headboard or nightstand since you didn't have your hose cozy on it. Might be a combination of both, too....
If you were taped, and it is still showing these amazing numbers of snores, I'd say you were either snoring like a buzz saw through the tape OR you really need a hybrid or FF mask.
What are your pressure settings? Are you using the Delay? You don't show any apneas and only a few hypopneas... what was the AHI for this night?
Without the rest of the report, I am just throwing ideas out.....

The AHI for this night was 1.2 per hour at 17cm of pressure. My prescribed pressure was 16cm but the AHI was 37 with that so I upped it to 17 and the AHI dropped consistently to below 3.
I do use the ramp but start it at 8.5. Unfortunately, the ramp time (15min) this night showed a snore and in delay the AHI was 5. I'm going to up the ramp to 10cm.
I've developed an abscessed tooth which is now draining--sorry-- so was without cpap for one night. I got a Swift FX for her which I will try tonight since it doesn't touch my face anywhere near the tooth (the nasal mask sits right over the poor thing). I'll tape my mouth as usual and put the hose cozy back on. I don't have a headboard so I'm going to have to drape the hose on a folding table.
I'll get better at posting. What do I need to include?
Four months tomorrow on the Intellipap. Thank you, Peg

With an AHI of 1.2, I'd think you would feel pretty good. The snores, though, need to be eradicated. Your abscessed tooth may be the source of the snoring.... as you may be unaware of drainage from it into your throat and you may be clearing subconsciously....hence that being recorded as a snore. I suspect once you are over this and everything is healed, you may see a marked improvement... especially with your new mask. What kind of tape are you using? I don't tape, but I have read that 2" wide painters tape is the one most choose. If you are going to drape the hose over a table, I hope your machine is down below the level of your head and the table..... as you want condensation to drain down into the humidifier and not remain in the hose or back up into your mask. I do love Jimbo's suggestion... that would be a great solution for anyone without a headboard. I have a very high headboard so I have mine snaked up and over it....(I have a 10' hose).
As for reports.... the picture you posted is good, but if you could just type other pertinent facts like pressure(s) and Delay info, it will help.
Hope you have a better night tonight!

Thanks Jimbo. I'm going to check out the hangers.
I've used the Swift FX for her for three nights now and I really like it. But it didn't do a thing to knock down the snoring. I may be swallowing more with the abscessed tooth Emelia but I checked older records and the 'snoring' has been consistent. I have been told I talk in my sleep in addition to the snoring.
I think I'll secure the hose differently, take a pain reliever before bed, and advance the pressure the smallest amount for tonight.
Any other suggestions are certainly welcomed.
Thanks Emelia, Peg

I know the last thing you want is to add yet another layer of 'stuff,' but I wonder if a chin strap might help keep you from talking in your sleep and reduced the 'snores.' Taping is obviously not doing the full trick for you.
Something to think about.....

I tried the chin strap until I developed tooth and jaw pain. This was two weeks before the current set of problems.
I use the blue painter's tape and it has been intact in the morning.
