dryness in the nose in the am with humidifer

I use the humidifier all night & my nose is still so dry in the am, sometime it bleeds.

Try adjusting the humidifier. Also try Ayr nasal spray/gel, ENT Dr. told me about that. In the winter once I had slight blood.

I love the Ayr nasal gel and spray. I run my humidifier at 84% most of the time. I used Clear essential oil diffuser by PurSleep last night for the first time and no stuffy nose feeling this morning.
