Change from nose hole to full face

Hello again,

So it just happened that I recently had a review at the clinic. They say that My leaks could be better and suggest that I could have been breathing out of my mouth. This doesnt surprise me as I have woken up on some occasions because of this. Anyway, the upshot is that they suggested that I should try full face and I said why not! So 4 nights have passed and my AHI has increased from below 2 to around 3. My question is really, should i be adjusting the pressure or something? my girlfriend did mention that i was starting to snore again and she could hear it.

I have found the full face mask collapses the nose due to the air pressure pushing on the nose. Add some sinus swelling and it can reduce airflow. So even though you increase the pressure, the effect is that is collapses the nose on the air holes that enter the head in the nose. I am thinking about trying the nostrill mask as that would cause the air pressure to push open the nose instead of collapse it.

Do you use any type of sinus sprays?

I don't use any sinus sprays, until now I have been very lucky with limited effects from all my treatment. I am thinking of returning to the nasal mask and taping my mouth closed.

If you can posts your graphs someone can probably offer some comments.
Snoring is possibly an indication your pressure could be adjusted.
