Goshes, I never had figgered out how to post pics in this forum. I have to send them to a very good friend who posts them on a site and sends me the link to post here in the forum. Duh.

However, my "system" really doesn't need a picture. I'm from the KISS school (keep it simple, stupid). I have a fairly high headboard on my bed. I keep my PAP on the nightstand next to my bed. I just run the hose from the PAP behind, up and over the headboard. The Quattro FX's swivel works freely and I can sleep on my back or either side w/o a thought. Once in a while I will have pulled too much of the hose over and when that happens I just push it back up and over the headboard so that there is little curve or curl to the hose. I've not had any problems w/over reported vibratory snores, etc. possibly coming from the hose sliding over the headboard.

My provider supplies me w/the PR heavy duty hose. Kind of a stiff bugger but it works. I preferred the 2006 Resmed hoses as more flexible and "softer" but not enough to bother shopping online for them or requesting them special from my provoider. I don't know if they are the same "regular" hose that Resmed supplies now or not.

Hey Susan,

There are a lot of pictures of ways some other people have rigged a hose hanger. Maybe some of these will give you ideas if you don't have a headboard you can drape it over, the way Slinky described.

If you have a headboard you can can simply slip a hair scrunchi (or large rubber band) over the hose about a foot or two from the mask. If you have a corner post slip the scrunchi over the post. If not tape the scrunchi to the headboard or wall. You do have tape in with your cpap supplies right? I use blue painters tape when visiting friends or hotels.

Simply n easy. Done...
