So last night was my third night on cpap.....and I checked my scores......and my AHI was 1. Not too shabby...I know its just the beginning....but I am so happy that I got the numbers that low....I hope I can keep them there!

Great news... you aren't out of the water, but keep it up. I remember awaking after my 3d or 4th night, and I felt so refreshed! Though on most mornings I feel good, I will not forget that one morning's feelings of getting a good night's sleep. It takes a while for you body to heal and it can be slow..., but keep going! You are adding years to your life!

That's so great! I am glad you got a low number right off the bat! Hopefully, you will be one of the ones who can dial it right in... and then you can just relax and let your therapy work! Be patient though, there is a thing called "sleep debt." And it takes a while to pay that back... hopefully you're not too far in "debt"!
