Your profile hows M series Auto but PR System One humidifier. They don't work together. Which machine is it?

I saw in another thread you purchased EncoreViewer 2.0. It was in a thread about 64 bit problems.

Encore Pro 2.4 has 32 and 64 bit versions. I have both now as I just this weekend installed 64 bit version on Windows 7 new computer. Send me a PM if you want 64 bit version.
If your machine is PR S1 Auto there are software choices.
SleepyHead will work if Pro won't install.

If by some chance you do have M series machine Pro 2.4 will work on it also but of course need the card reader.

I am sorry you are ill and wish I could offer something along those lines but the best I can do is offer aid with the software. If you will clarify machine used and what your software issues are, I can try to help there.

Are you on meds for the pneumonia? Before Christmas last year, I developed a serious pneumonia that turned out to be part of Influenza B. In hospital for a few days to get it all sorted out. IV meds and anti-viral meds were required to stop it. I was on oxygen during most of the hospital stay.

Have you talked to your doc about supplemental oxygen? Added pressure might not be the answer since your machine is not a ventilator type device.

Hope you are feeling better.
