Puzzled about cleaning equipment

I have hear so many different things we are sopta use ( baby shampoo, baby wipes, ivory hand soap, antibacterial hand soap) what is the best to use i am getting really confussed about this i want my equipment to work well and i want to keep it clean as well. I have also hear of the respi-kit cleaning stuff. Could i please get your opinions and results of what you use to clean your equipment. Thank You

I use generic baby soap or a mixture of 1/3 vinigar and water to clean my mask and hoses.

White Vinegar and water is an excellent cleaner for our hose and mask especially if you get a head cold, flu or sinus infection. White vinegar is a natural disinfectant that is safer than anything on the market.
