So I have a question I am a nose breather all day and falling asleep so I want to try a nose pillow.. What do you all think and which pillow would you recomend????

Fitting a mask is a VERY personal thing. I personally use the Swift FX and LOVE it! But, there are alot of people out there who can't stand it also. It's really just a matter of trying different ones until you find one that works for YOU.

To me? the Swift FX is the best thing since sliced bread...... almost like wearing nothing at all on my face.

My stepmother is on a CPAP, I told her how much I loved my mask so she bought one to try.... she hates it.

Good luck in your endeavor.

Jeff

I find the full face mask a problem with leaks and marks on the face. The nose cushions are much better but stability when you move around and sleep on your side can be a problem. I wear a chin strap with the nose cushions.

I have come to prefer the nasal mask with chin strap. Not quite as comfortable as the cushions but much more stable.

All you can do is try them.

Try this FFM from our host -- it has pillows. Lots of here wear it. Quite comfy.

Lots of people like the swift fx for its minimal design. It's probably the most popular nasal pillow mask out there. Lots of people have no problems sleeping with it. I tried it, but it didn't work for me. I was between sizes, so that was one factor. The other factor was that every time I moved in bed, the hose would pull on the mask and it would leak. Some people fix this by using a hanger to suspend the hose above their head. I switched to the opus 360, which allows you to attach the hose to the top of your head. Wherever I go, the hose goes too. I have no problems doing barrel rolls in my sleep with this mask. It's all personal preference, but I prefer a more secure mask that's not going to wiggle around so much.

I also like the swift pillows... but I hate it when I replace the pillows. The two nostril pieces always pinch me and rub the bottom of my nose between my nostrils raw far a few nights. I have to ease in to breaking new pillows. New pillows one night, old the next night. Takes 3 or 4 nights with new pillows before they conform to my nose and don't cause any irritation. It is kind of drag to have to break in new pillows but it is SOOOOOO much better than those awful masks.
