I am almost to the point

... where I can't doze off without the mask. I consider this a huge stride.

Sometimes i just lay down for a few minutes. I dont actually sleep. I dont put the mask on. I do notice a hesitancy to sleep,almost like I am scared to sleep with no mask on.
