Need help with setting REMstar Auto A-Flex

Hi, can someone help me out. My husband went to a sleep doc and he prescribed a CPAP. We bought Respironics Remstar Auto A-Flex at a medical supplie distributor (with no insurance) and at first use we didnt set the prescribed range (9), didn´t set the ramp neither. Now I can not reset the machine and it won´t work properly. As we don´t life in the US to get back to the supplier, does soemone now how the reset ? Thank you for any idea.

Is it the PR System One Remstar auto CPAP with AFlex like I show in my Profile? Look at my equipment list and click on it to link to what I use.
If it is then this will show you how to get into the Clinician menu.

Be sure to be specific that you want the PR System One Remstar auto CPAP with AFlex because there is a much older model also called Remstar Auto.
