Could an IPAP of 16 be the problem?

Could my IPAP of 16 be the cause of my having trouble keeping the pillows in my nose????

Try adding a homemade strap to cradle the pillows against your nostrils. The homemade strap doesn't have to be very snug.

Here are some ideas for routing a homemade strap to steady the nasal pillows:

useful for stablilizing masks other than just the one shown.

Best thing I've found to use as a "homemade strap" is the leg cut off a pair of pantyhose "tights" -- tights, not just plain pantyhose.

somw people do have trouble at the higher pressures. Rested gals suggestion of the stabilzing strap may be just the ticket. Good luck.

Yes. I could not make nose pillows work at high pressure. They kept blowing off. Ended up with the activa, now the activa lt.
