I am having a lot of trouble getting masks to fit right,( air leaks ) my doc says this one will fit a guy with a big face better because it goes under the chin. I will be using a Res med bipap machine.

Hey LarryPer1!!!

I'm not sure what you're asking (plus, I'm a woman) but this is the ONLY mask I've ever been able to use consistently. I've tried pretty much every FFM out there and this is the only mask that doesn't leak (for me) horribly and that I can keep on all night, every night.

What size seal are you using?
