Interesting article. When I was younger I used to get 5-6 hours of sleep a night, the Tonight Show-6:00am circuit, and thought I was tough enough to get by with less than 8 hours.

However, xPAP is not like a transfusion that lets you get by on less sleep than you need. Although it is easy to fall into that trap especially with great numbers. One day you wake up and say my machine isn't working because I feel like crap... maybe the 5 hours of sleep a night and 5-Hour energy is the reason.
