Well, I got a touch of something. Fatigue, muscle pain, and a mid-grade fever (about 101.0 to 101.5). No congestion at all, which for me usually means the flu. Had the shot, so should be brief.
Aside from giving everything a good washing after the fever breaks, any special things I should do with therapy?
Edit: Also no cough at all. Definitely the flu - when I get a regular cold I cough like mad.

I would clean the mask after every use until you're feeling better. Other than that...Nothing else to be done. If you have a lot of nausea you may need to Skip the mask for a while (I mean a few hours) until the nausea passes.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. Get better soon! Btw, I also had the flu shot and managed to catch a strain not covered by the shot. Felt lousy anyway.
