Re: drippy nose... bipap or not to bipap??
I had been wearing a Liberty before my pressures made it impossible to find a good seal, and I found when my nose was runny it was worthless. I'd switch to my Quattro and plug my nose with balled up paper towels for the night. Not the most comfortable, but it beats not sleeping at all.

Could you take a decongestant a couple hours before bed time and mask up? It may be far better than waking with a fierce headache. Masks can always be washed. I also do a nasal rinse. (I think I've got the same crud that's going around.)dusty0318 wrote:started with a sore throat... now it's in my head... slight fever... do i mask up tonight and just raise the humidity and go for it? or do i save my mask from my snotty drips?
