Firstly, I'm new here and have been reading the forums for the last week and want to thank everyone for all of the advice given. Reading other people's questions and answers has already been really helpful.
I got my first mask last week, a Swift FX for Her nasal pillow (XS). The next size up was too big, but I still seem to get some leakage and I don't like the exhaust port (no surprise there) nor the way it sits on my upper lip unless I pull it too tight according to the Swift FX website. I was thinking that I'd like to try a different mask, perhaps a nasal one. Ideally, it has to handle the fact that I have a nose that is quite narrow and off-centered. I also need it to be very unlikely to put pressure on my teeth - I've had a lot of dental work (including lower jaw surgery) and don't want my teeth moving at all. My respiratory specialist seemed to not have a lot of suggestions for narrow faces but I think she'd be receptive to getting me something that would work.
Any insights/suggestions would be appreciated.
Mask choices for a narrow nose? That won't bother my teeth.

That's a tough question to get a definitive reply to....
I loved my Aeiomed Headrest nasal pillows mask - it did not touch my upper lip at all. I had to stop using it (after more than 4 years) because my mouth leaking necessitates a full face mask.
Another one that barely touches your upper lip is the Fisher and Paykal Opus 360 - it has S sized pillows.
If you're worried about your teeth - nasal pillows mask are probably your best bet.

Now that the TrueFIT Custom Mask is available in North America, this might be an option for you.
A custom-made mask will address all the issues with poor fit that you are experiencing - the shape of your face determines the shape of the mask! Standard masks are made to fit the "average" facial features, and if you are too far away from this in any respect, you will find mask comfort to be a perennial problem. The TrueFIT Custom mask fits every face.

Thanks, Ozij, those both look excellent. Aeiomed's looks perfect but I bet my stupid nose is too narrow for the medium size. I never thought of my nose as small before I especially like that they keep the tube over the head - keeping it above my head seems to work the best for me with the Swift FX and it would be nice to have one that actually does that.
I know it's a hard question so I really appreciate any suggestions. With my sleep deprived brain, I find it overwhelming (whine, don't mind me).
