Roll up a towel and place it under your knees. This won't work if you roll over, but if you stay on your back it may help.

Also, you should do a form of physical exercise to limber up your back muscles. Also, also, how old is your mattress?

Hi,

I am a side sleeper and I found that getting a "CPAP" pillow helped me sleep better (i.e. less leaking and rude noises) on my side. You can purchase them (e.g.: See the forum site host https://www.cpap.com ) or even make your own.

Here is one posting: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=57420&p=540334&hili ... ow#p540334

Also see the "Great Pillow Exchange" thread: viewtopic/t36070/THE-GREAT-PILLOW-EXCHANGE.html

Cheers

there is, of course, the old-style method of sewing a tennis ball into a little pocket on the back of your jammies =)

As you are sleeping and waking up in the same position you need to turn the mattress more frequently and may be you need to buy a new one ,and congrats on your success and keep it up and good luck

Hi, I'm on my first month too. same problem. the key for me so far is to get a mask and pillow that allows me to sleep on my side for part of the night. the advice about a pillow under your knees when on your back is good.

bedridden folks have to be turned several times each night...no one can sleep on their back for too long w/out pain. the human back is not a perfect piece of engineering (intelligent design? not bloody likely!)

I use a back2life machine ($200) almost every day....also have an inversion table ($200).

finally, i use a pillow between my knees when im on my side...it helps.
To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub
