I just wanted to publically thank Karen for her help as she custom made a leak strap for me - to my dimensions and she changed the velcro to suit my needs (I was having problems with the size of the strap).
To top it all all she would not accept any payment. This has meant the difference between disturbed sleep and restful sleep.
Many thanks to Karen for her willingness to individualise products for customers - it is greatly appreciated.

Karen is a sweet lady! She made a mask liner for me (charged for that! ) but she did create and eye cover so I could block out the light (no charge! ). Love this woman and her awesome creativeness and willingness to go the extra mile to make us all more comfortable.
