WOW!

Post by Rodney_D » Thu Mar 17, 2011 6:56 am

Wow! Two nights with an AHI less than 3, AI of 0! And I am awake today. I awaken feeling refreshed and am not sleepy during the day. Please, oh please let this continue! I never knew only 8 hours of sleep could be so rejuvenating.

Well done. Another milestone passed. Keep up the hard work, more good nights will follow and they make for good days.

Great news!

0 is a great number but, it may not be possible every night. It is more important that you sleep well then to always seek "0". So, don't worry too much if it varies some from night to night.

Cheers
