Back Pains/neck pains

Post by giantred » Wed Mar 16, 2011 7:36 pm

Well, I finally did it, I used the CPAP machine for the entire night, and I feel better as far as not being tired, moody, depressed, etc. However, I'm in this cycle again, my neck and back are sore. Could it be that the oxgyen going feeding into me at the pressure level is causing the soreness or maybe I"m moving less often since I'm not struggling as much for air. I noticed that since I'm getting oxygen throughout the night that maybe it's using more muscles in the back and neck. But it's been really sore all day. I don't know if it's the mattress or pillow. I woke up stiff and sore all day long, but the CPAP therapy actual worked since I'm not groggy. There has got to be some solution. Help please? I want to use my CPAP all the time now, but I don't want to feel this pain.

Many of us chewed through this conversation with you just 9 days ago, started by artfiend,....remember?

Despite the fact that the thread got ugly, there's a wealth of information on back/neck issues. I doubt that much has changed in 9 days.
